Shipping policy

CozyHug shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is free. We send tracking details when your order ships. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your tracking is an estimate. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

Each CozyHug blanket includes one free compatible power bank.

Optional shipping protection costs $9.95 USD per order and is not added unless you choose it. CozyHug provides this service. If your protected order is lost or damaged in transit, email merryglow95@gmail.com with your order number and any available photos. We will help arrange a replacement or refund of the affected items. This does not limit your rights for a faulty item or a delivery problem.
