CozyHug returns and refunds

CozyHug blankets come with a 90-day money-back guarantee from the day your order arrives. To ask for a return, email merryglow95@gmail.com within 90 days and include your order number. Please keep the item in its original condition and contact us before sending it back. We will provide return instructions and explain any return shipping costs before you return the item.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help. Once we receive and review your return, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to show the refund.

Your rights under applicable consumer laws are not affected by this guarantee.
